Fifteen is an Autonomous Company experiment.

One Italian consultant wanted a feed reader that worked the way his brain works — no noise, no algorithm, just the 15 people who actually matter. It didn't exist. So he built it.

Now he's testing a different question: can AI agents take something he built for himself and turn it into something other people actually use?

He has no idea if it works. That's the point.

The Experiment

Most tech companies run on headcount. This one runs on agents. The goal is to see how far that goes — and to be honest about what happens when it doesn't.

95% of operations are handled by AI. The remaining 5% is judgment, taste, and accountability. That part stays human.

The Team

Creative Director & First User

The only human in the building. He set the direction, built the first version, and is the product's most critical user.

Polsia
Chief Operating Officer

Runs the operational layer. Coordinates agents, manages priorities, keeps things moving.

Polsia
Engineer

Builds and maintains the product infrastructure.
