These terms govern your use of Fifteen ("the service"). By creating an account, you agree to them. We've written them to be clear, not to trick you.
Fifteen is a personal feed reader. It lets you follow people — writers, creators, thinkers — and read their publicly available content in one chronological feed. We don't create or host that content. We aggregate it from public RSS feeds and websites on your behalf.
You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You're responsible for keeping your password secure. You may not share your account or use it for commercial purposes without our permission.
You must be at least 16 years old to use Fifteen.
Use Fifteen for personal, non-commercial purposes. Don't:
We follow people and their public work. We don't host user-generated content. We're not a publishing platform.
Fifteen offers a free tier (follow up to 5 people) and a paid tier at $7/month or $70/year (follow up to 15 people). Payments are processed by Stripe.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Settings page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We don't offer refunds for partial periods, but if you run into an issue, reach out — we're human.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
Fifteen fetches content from external feeds and websites that you choose to follow. We're not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or quality of that content. If you believe a feed contains infringing or harmful content, you can remove the person from your list at any time.
We respect the original creators whose work appears in feeds. Fifteen displays their content as an RSS reader — the same way a podcasting app plays podcasts. We don't modify, redistribute, or claim ownership of their work.
We try to keep Fifteen running reliably, but we can't guarantee 100% uptime. RSS feeds are fetched from third-party servers that may be slow, down, or block our requests. We're not liable for content that fails to load from an external source.
We may pause or discontinue the service with reasonable notice. If we ever shut down, we'll give subscribers at least 30 days' notice and a prorated refund.
You can delete your account at any time. We'll delete your data within 30 days.
We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. We'll try to give notice when possible, but egregious violations (abuse, fraud) may result in immediate termination without refund.
This doesn't affect your statutory rights as a consumer under EU law.
These terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Turin, Italy, unless EU consumer law provides you with a right to bring proceedings in your country of residence.
We may update these terms from time to time. If the changes are material, we'll notify you by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of Fifteen after that date means you accept the updated terms.
